I had a decent stay at this hotel, which is situated near a main shopping street and Kawagoe train station. The rooms were nice but had a faint smell of cigarette smoke, even though the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. The service was fantastic, with friendly staff who were really helpful. However, it was a bit far from some tourist spots, which was a downside for me.
